Spring Sports Physicals will be held on Feb 20 starting at 8 am at DEW. High school physicals will follow. Anyone wanting a sports physical for the spring season must turn in a completed physical packet plus the HIPPA form by the close of the school day Feb 14th at the high school and middle school. Turn in high school packet in the high school athletic office and turn in physical packet at DEW to the main office No Late or incomplete packets will be accepted. Appointment times for physicals will be sent to your student school email account. You are responsible for checking this account for appointment information. If you played a fall or winter sport you will need to turn in a recert form. You do not need another physical if you have one from a fall or winter school year.
